In practice, the supplier receives the order the very next day after the payment for the order by the customer. The goods are produced and shipped to the customer within a few days. The vast majority of orders are shipped from Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, France or Spain.
Usually, it takes about 14 days from ordering to receiving the product, but we stipulate in the regulations that it may take longer.
About 99% of our shipments are made from EU countries, so the customer does not bear customs duties.
In the case of shipment from outside the EU, the customer will be informed.
